Airbus
6 weeks residency where coached, mentored and applied Lean UX and design thinking practices in a complex DevOps team environtment.
Challenge
As part of a £1.5M+ digital transformation with Red Hat Open Innovation Lab, the customer provided data-as-a-service across finance, agriculture, education, and public services. However, managing diverse customer data created inefficiencies for both the product team and end users. The goal was to streamline processes, improve data flow, and enhance user experience across multiple products.
